Franka Emika renames to Franka Robotics GmbH following the acquisition by Agile Robots AG

Munich, 20 November 2023 – Franka Emika, a pioneer in robotics technology with a human sense of touch, has officially changed its name to Franka Robotics GmbH.

The decision to change the name to Franka Robotics reflects the plan of Agile Robots to combine the best of both companies and integrate Franka Robotics into the Agile Robots family. This updated identity signifies a mutual commitment to pushing technological boundaries and emphasizes a collective vision to consolidate the position as a leader in robotics and AI-powered technology.
